Is PayPal safe to use when placing your order with Beacon AV?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with Beacon AV. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Beacon AV can accept other forms of payment such as cheques and bank transfers, however no goods shall be despatched until said monies are confirmed as cleared into our account.  Should you wish to make payment via alternative means to PayPal, please contact us.


Shipping
Goods are shipped upon receipt of your order and confirmed payment made to Beacon AV.

Orders are usually shipped on the day of order.  However, should we be unable to despatch your goods within 24hours from receipt of order we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone to advise and to provide an explanation.

Please note that some of our items are made to order and may not be available to ship upon receipt of order, any such items will be marked as such in the item description of the Beacon AV online catalogue.

Items are usually despatched via a recorded delivery service.  Beacon AV reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery service.  This will be based upon the weight and dimensions of the parcel and the nature of the goods packed.  Beacon AV include the cost of the delivery for each item within the online catalogue listing.  There are no hidden charges when ordering from Beacon AV.

All delivery prices displayed on this website are based strictly upon despatch to UK Mainland.  Additional charges will apply to islands and highlands of Scotland.  Should you wish to purchase goods from Beacon AV and require delivery outside of the said zone, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Recorded delivery services usually require a signature upon delivery.  Please carefully check the packaging of your parcel before signing for your delivery.  Any damage to the outer packaging should be noted with the delivery company upon receipt of the parcel.  Any such issues should also be reported to Beacon AV within 24hrs of delivery.

Customer Service
Beacon AV operate and believe in providing the highest possible level of customer service, both pre-sale and post-sale.

Hi-Fi, Audio and Video products along with all other AV accessories available from Beacon AV are carefully checked before despatch.  Should you find your item becomes faulty within the manufacturers warranty period, you must notify Beacon AV immediately, providing details of the problem.  We will attempt to resolve any such issues as quickly as is possible.  You must contact Beacon AV prior to returning any goods.

Unless by prior agreement, all returned goods must be in the original manufacturers packaging.  Product and packaging must not be damaged and items un-used.  Items incorrectly ordered and subsequently returned for re-stocking may incur fees.  Fees will be advised prior to pre-agreed return and subtracted from any credit.

Any item made to order will not be returnable, unless damaged upon receipt or becomes faulty within manufacturers warranty period.  Therefore, please ensure you are satisfied with your item selection and that your shopping cart contains the correct goods before confirming your order. Cancellation of any such item prior to despatch may incur charges.
