Moving house is a pain, changing addresses on all your bank details, credit cards etc. but I decided to treat myself after all the stresses involved and buy a TV stand.  I spent ages trying to find the right one and eventually found Beacon AV and saw a beautiful Elmob stand on their site.  I was pleased to find they use PayPal as I have an account with them and it is a safe way of paying for things online.  Click click click....I forgot to change my PayPal address! My new stand was on its way to my old house! I sent an e-mail to beacon and Stephen mailed me back straight away and was very helpful. I changed my PayPal address, Stephen refunded the original order and I re-ordered, the problem was sorted, my stand arrived in two days. The next problem was that my TV didn't fit on it! By this point I was ready to give up. Again, Stephen from Beacon was there to help, even replying to my e-mails on his day off, he showed a genuine concern that my needs as a customer be met.  The solution I found was an adapter plate from another retailer which Stephen confirmed would do the trick.  My TV is now sitting on top of the beautiful Elmob TV Stand and I would not hesitate to use, or recommend, Beacon AV again, not only do they have a wider range of stands than most sites but I found the customer service outstanding and the personal touch offered by Stephen unusual in an online retailer.

I have my Creek EVO set for 1 week now and I can say it's amazing!  I think the Beacon AV price, its the best one can get.  Also thanks to Stephen, it was a pleasure doing business with him.  If there's one thing I hate with internet sellers, its the delay in mail response.  This was totally not the case with Stephen, sometimes it appeared as if we were chatting via e-mail.  Also delivery to Antwerp was done in a few days.  I will (and did already) recommend Beacon AV to friends and family.
